Something Is Missing (a poem)

Something Is Missing

Something is missing
A subtle difference in my psyche
I am colder
The days go by too quickly
For me to proccess
Yet too slowly
For me to enjoy
Something is missing
A hole in my heart and soul
I wait for it to be filled
As I am accustomed
But it remains desolate and empty
Widening each passing day
Something is missing
                                        It's you
